Returns

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Use our Contact Form on our website to notify us of your intention to return an item. Please provide the following information in your message:
    • Order number
    • Email
    • Reason for the return
    • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

  2. Wait for Approval: After we receive your request, our customer support team will review it and respond to you within 2 business days. We will provide you with a return authorisation and further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items you want to return and document them with the order number.

  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the return authorisation email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

  5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange, as per your request. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
